Paul is currently working on a new studio album with Meat Loaf and Jim Steinman. The album is called "Braver Than We Are" and is scheduled to be released in Spring 2015. The first studio collaboration between Meat Loaf and songwriter-producer Jim Steinman resulted in "Bat Out Of Hell", which is still one of the best selling albums of all time. Per Paul's recent post at Facebook... "Joe Bonamassa invited me down to his studio session. I sat a few feet from Joe as he cut an insanely beautiful solo while Kevin Shirley (Producer) respectfully nudged him... When Joe finished, he unplugged the guitar and handed it to me saying "try this on for size". It's an awesome instrument. It’s a 1959 Gibson Les Paul named SPOT. Meat Loaf back in Vegas!
Meat Loaf and The Neverland Express will return to the Rocktellz and Cocktails Stage at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino for 24 dates beginning February 13th 2014. Last At Bat Tour
Paul is touring with Meat Loaf in Europe this April and May 2013. The tour is called "Last At Bat" and is being described as a farewell tour. Each show will contain two-acts. The first act will include some of Meat Loaf's greatest hits such as Dead Ringer For Love and I’d Lie For You (And That’s the Truth). The second act will be the classic album Bat Out Of Hell - with all 7 songs performed in their original order.
